Bargaining Units

Bargaining Unit: A group of workers , determined by the Labour Relations Board to have common interests that make them appropriate for representation by a union for purposes of collective bargaining.

Teachers' Bargaining Unit - TBU

Educational Support Staff Bargaining Unit - ESS

Early Childhood Educators Bargaining Unit- ECE

Occasional Teachers' Bargaining Unit - OTBU
